Our Solution:
After thoroughly inspecting each of the components, we sat down with Mrs. Stout and explained everything we had to do. In order to make the door safe and fully functioning again, we replaced the tracks the impact had bent out of shape. We also installed a new set of rollers and operated the door a couple of times to make sure there weren’t any glitches.
